Our Next Youth Camp:
Wednesday, July 6 - Friday, July 29, 2022

We have three levels of a great FLS Youth Run Camp in Sugar Land every year in July.

Most of our run campers see amazing results!

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings at Imperial Park, 7752 US-90 ALT in Sugar Land, next to Discount Tire

  • Cross Country work exclusively on grass

  • Coach Andy Stewart from LSU has been running for 50+ years and coaching for 40+ years. Our college-age assistants run with our youth to push them. You must be willing to work HARD and be on time. Our challenging workout sessions will get you into TOP shape and improve your running.

  • Guest Speaker each day

  • Picnic breakfast on the last day

  • This camp is plenty of work, but a whole lot of fun! Many form lasting friendships.

  • Questions, please call Andy at 281-435-0839 (cell).
